1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure online payment platforms. The currency supported is USD. Please ensure that the credit card or other payment information you provide is accurate.
2. Prices and Currency
- All prices on the website are listed in USD.
- If your local currency is not USD, your bank or payment institution may convert it according to the daily exchange rate and may charge a currency conversion fee. This cost is borne by the customer and is not related to our company.
3. Order Confirmation and Processing
- Once you have completed your order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including but not limited to cases of insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or failed payment verification. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via the email address you provided and issue a full refund to your original payment account.
4. Taxes and Duties
- For orders targeting the Singapore market, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or customs clearance fees.
5. Secure Payment
- We take your information security very seriously. We process all transactions through Shopify's secure payment gateway. Your payment information (such as credit card numbers) is transmitted via encryption, and we do not directly store your complete payment information.
6. Refund Settlement
- If your refund application is approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment path. The processing time usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment institution.

Operating Tip: How to Set Your Time Zone
When setting up your billing terms or other pages, ensure the correct time zone is configured in your Shopify admin to accurately reflect your business hours:
- Go to your Shopify Admin.
- Click Settings in the bottom left corner.
- In the Store details section, find Standards and formats.
- Click Change next to Time zone.
- Select the time zone corresponding to your business location and save.
