We accept returns for items purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zwgkh.shop with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.

  • Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (in USD) within 5–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zwgkh.shop.

  • As we operate from Australia and serve customers in Singapore, please ensure that you are aware of your local customs regulations regarding returned goods.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are the responsibility of the customer.
